EXPRESS CARDS!!  You can use your credit card or your bank visa/master card to make
purchases as well as payments on your classes and costume accounts.  December Class Payment
Due:  Tuition payments should be made on a monthly basis, September through June.  The
monthly payment should be made by the 7th of each month.  Reminder, when your child is absent
for any reason from class, you are still responsible to pay for the missed classes.  Please make all
checks payable to "Dance Xtreme”.   Students with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to
participate in classes and will have to sit out until their balance on their account is brought up-to-
date!

Please make every effort to stop in to check the studio bulletin board or pick-up our monthly
newsletters that are distributed to parents and students.  If you can’t make it into the studio,
remember to visit our web site at www.tothextreme.net for the latest information.  As bad weather
approaches, Dance Xtreme does not necessarily follow school closings for weather conditions.  All
storm closings of the studio are posted on our web page or listen to Fun 107 for all class
cancellations due to bad weather conditions.  Our studio telephone announcements are updated
between noon and 2:00 and will specify any closings.  Please call the studio and listen to the
announcement to verify if your classes have been cancelled due to bad weather conditions or
holidays.

The studio will be closed for our Winter Break starting on December 19, 2010 and will re-open
on Monday, January 3, 2011.

Costumes: Make sure to be at the studio between 12/6 through 12/11 to help assist in costume
selection.  Remember you have to be here to cast a vote for your favorite costumes!!  Costume
Balances will be given out in mid December.  Costume balance is due in full no later than the
January 8, 2011.  Costumes will NOT be ordered without the costume balance being paid in full.  If
your costume balance remains unpaid, a late fee of $10.00 per costume will be added to any
unpaid costume balance.

As cold and flu season approaches, our attentions focus on health concerns.  Do not send your
child in when they have a fever, sore throat, or the stomach flu.  Please have your child remain
home until your child is feeling better.  Because the children are in very close contact with one
another, please notify the desk immediately of any potential health risk.  All names are held in
confidence and only the parents of their classmates are notified of the potential health risk which
should be monitored.

Recital themes have been selected and songs chosen for the different classes.  We are starting
choreography and need to try to have everyone in attendance.  If your child is absent from class,
the student is entitled to have a make-up lesson. Make-up classes will only be given to students
who miss a part of their recital dance due to absenteeism.  It’s the parent’s responsibility to set up
the make-up lesson before the child returns to their next class or it will be forfeited.

Christmas items such as t-shirts, sweatpants, and other items are all screen printed with our
Dance Xtreme Logo will be available for purchase in the next few weeks.  Please check desk display
for merchandise and sizes.
